Turkcell Global Bilgi, the customer experience company of the Turkcell group, chose to work with the D-CAT Technologies business intelligence team to renew its SAP BusinessObjects dashboards.
Challenge
Some of Turkcell Global Bilgi's existing SAP BusinessObjects dashboards contained idle, unused or faulty components. The goal was to revise these dashboards, rebuild them where necessary and develop new ones.
What we did
The project started in May 2015 and consists of 5 phases in total. The D-CAT business intelligence team completed the first phase in 60 days.
- Idle, unused and faulty parts of the existing dashboards were reworked.
- Current KPIs were added to the screens built with SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard.
- All enhancements were made viewable on mobile devices as well.
The Turkcell Global Bilgi SAP BI Platform project won Bronze at The Stevie Awards in the “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Computer Software and Services” category. The award was accepted on behalf of the D-CAT BI team at the ceremony in Las Vegas on February 27, 2015.
Result
With the first phase, Turkcell Global Bilgi's process owners can follow the KPIs that matter to them through a fast, highly visual interface. The new KPIs and the redesigned interface give users screens that are easier to use and more useful.
