Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi, founded by the Anadolu Foundation in 2005 and working in strategic collaboration with Johns Hopkins Medicine, chose D-CAT Technologies for its Microsoft Power BI project and now follows all senior management reports from a single platform.
Challenge
Give the managers of the Finance Department all management reports on one platform and make the data easier to read. A key condition was that sensitive data must not leave for the cloud.
What we did
- We built a setup that uses the full feature set of Power BI while sensitive data stays out of the cloud.
- A central data model keeps figures consistent across reports, so different calculations no longer produce different results in different reports.
- A hierarchical structure lets users move quickly from summary to detail in clean, simple visuals.
- Visuals follow IBCS standards, so the data can be read as quickly as possible.
Result
Besides saving staff time, the organization gained easy access to its analytics visuals from phone, tablet and browser through Power BI's mobile support.
