Mitsubishi Electric Türkiye, active in air conditioning, factory automation, elevators and visual information systems, chose to work with the D-CAT Technologies business intelligence team to centralize the data that drives daily operations and to make fast, forward-looking decisions.
Challenge
Build a central reporting and analysis platform that makes information easier for users to reach. This meant filtering data from source systems managed at global headquarters for Türkiye and loading it into a local data warehouse.
What we did
Data from the global source systems was filtered and loaded into the data warehouse in Türkiye, and integrated reports combining data held in different sources were built on SAP BusinessObjects. The project was completed in 3 separate phases.

- Operational departments get their data through the fast, flexible interface of SAP BusinessObjects.
- Analyses are done faster.
- Data from different sources comes together in integrated reports.
- With self-service reporting, departments create their own reports without needing IT resources.
