Challenge
Yapı Merkezi wanted to follow and evaluate the project management system outputs of its projects around the world faster.
What we did
Together with Yapı Merkezi's IT and project management teams, the D-CAT team built the “Project Information Center” application in 3.5 months.
- A project summary page was created to compare the KPI values of all projects.
- For the selected project, the person-hour progress curve, productivity, CPI, SPI, daily progress, key activities, milestones and staff information became available on dashboards.
- A mobile reporting app designed for management lets all reports be viewed as PDFs on mobile devices.
Result
- Progress on every project can be followed from one source, up to date and from anywhere.
- Information from all projects flows into the system as it comes in and is visualized efficiently.
- Managers can view all data for any project on their own mobile devices whenever they want.
