Caffè Nero Türkiye, with 50 stores in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, chose to work with the D-CAT Technologies business intelligence team to analyze its financial performance more efficiently.
Challenge
Combine sales data from stores running the Micros system with financial information held in SAP ERP to produce single reports, and prepare the UK headquarters' template report sets with Caffè Nero Türkiye data.
What we did
The project started in January 2016 and was completed in August 2016.
- Universes and summary tables were built from the Micros and SAP ERP systems with SSIS.
- Sales, materials and finance reports were prepared.
- Users received classroom training.
Result
- A sales price scenario report shows how possible price increases, modeled with parameters, would affect the company's profitability.
- A KPI tracking report set gives management detailed financial and sales information for any period, on a like-for-like basis.
